I moved from Junior Software Developer through product management and business analysis into Associate Project Manager roles. That progression helped me translate between technical detail, customer needs, and the decisions a team needs to move forward.

I led cross-functional developers, testers, and designers across planning, releases, and international client delivery. Alongside scope, priorities, and risk, I learned to give people clarity, listen carefully, navigate disagreement, and build trust.
