Hi, I’m Rustam.
For more than 15 years, most of my professional life revolved around technology, projects, delivery, teams, deadlines, and solving problems when things didn’t quite go according to plan.
That chapter gave me much more than a career. It shaped how I think about people, leadership, business, decisions, and getting things done.
Today, I’m somewhere between experience and what comes next.
I’m writing more, exploring ideas, building things I believe in, and allowing myself the freedom to see where curiosity takes me next.
This is my digital home, a place for my work, ideas, experiences, stories, experiments, and occasionally my unhealthy level of interest in movies.

Beyond Deadlines and Dashboards
Work has been a big part of my life, but never the whole of it.
I write about films, food, places, memories, people, and sometimes thoughts that simply refuse to sit quietly. Movies were probably my first obsession, long before project plans and dashboards entered the picture.
Some of those thoughts become stories. Some become Unscripted. Some don’t fit neatly into any category at all.
And I think that’s exactly how a personal website should be.

Other Corners of My World
My digital film diary. I write about movies from around the world, with a special love for Indian cinema. It’s not about reviews, it’s about the feeling a film leaves behind. Think of it as a space for fellow movie buffs who enjoy films beyond just entertainment.
This one’s a work in progress, and a bit of a passion project. It blends calendar, culture, and creativity in ways that (hopefully) feel fresh. Stay tuned, because this is just getting started.
My tribute to the place where I come from, Bahundangi. This site captures stories, history, people, and sometimes just little snippets of nostalgia. It’s slow, local, and deeply personal.
