Celebrating 10 Years as a Project Manager in Nepal
I still remember my final interview with HR for the job and the very first day of the job. We were 12 and the first person I remember or talk with was Sir ji aka Krishna Dhakal. No, not because of the job but movies and cricket. We were 12 in the batch and my fav part of the day was the official lunch (Oh! I ordered Chicken Sizzler that day and I loved the dish) at The Bakery Cafe Baneshwor. Congratulations Krishna and Shubas Poudel for our 10th work anniversary
Oct 17, 2021, marks 10 years of working in Javra Software and this is one of the best feelings I am having right now. I personally think it is a huge milestone and a big achievement for me. Let me tell you this is the longest and one of the best relationships I have ever had
The journey from Jr. Software Developer (Trainee) to Project Manager is so fascinating and the best part is you still get to learn every day.

Why is this decade special for me?
I shared the 10 years of my life with Javra Software so far. It provided me with the first opportunity to work in the real world after completing my study. So, this will always be a special feeling. I also have witnessed the fall and the rise of Javra Software. It was definitely not an easy journey for both of us. We both faced Recession, Blockade, Earthquake, Corona and Lockdown. But, I am glad we made it 🙂 and every time we came back and how.
Javra Software was with me when I got married, shared my grief when I lost my granny and dad and when I became a dad. And there are many other special memories which I may start like this “When I used to work in Javra Software…” to my grandchildren.
The most significant achievement during these years in my personal life would be from being introverted to knowing all the names of my colleagues, recognizing their faces and can initiate the call, this is something I had never done before Javra. Friends hold a special place in my heart. When we start working or living together a bond is expected. Some of my friends were already working in Javra and some more close friends I’ve made during these periods. Because of these amazing friends, I don’t feel I am working but having fun. They share all the pressure of work and all the fun and we create memories. Thank you all because of your love and support I am where I am today.
The First Company and Love For It
Javra Software is the first and only(so far) IT company I worked and working for as we all know how special it is ‘My First’. The first love, the first vehicle, the house and so and so. You got the idea, right?
I am delighted to share that I have completed 10 years in Javra Software. During these years, I am fortunate to get the opportunity to work with so many colleagues. I would like to express my gratitude to all my friends, colleagues, ex-colleagues and family for the love and support they have given me all these years, I would like to extend my thanks for making my journey so enriching and fulfilling.
